    So at another shop today looking over someones shoulder while they were using Internet Explorer Browser, browsing my Website; 2aholster.com

    1. And on any given product page the main photo showed, but not the carousel underneath the photo (Heard the same from a Safari user the other day while I was on the phone with him).

    2. Also when clicked that main-photo opened up to into the wp/upload page instead of doing the normal pop-out/swipe ability like Chrome/firefow/comodo.

    3. I came home and downloaded IE and on my Main page, there is a huge white blank spot before you scroll down to see the video header. Full screen of white with my logo sitting in it’s normal top left placement.

    I am not in love with IE, that’s why I had to download it onto my desktop. Haven’t used it for years. . . but, I guess others do.

    Ideas of the best way to handle these issues?

    Hello,

    Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it? Also, you need to update our theme to the latest version first https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    Hello,

    In order to solve the issue with the white gap add this code to the Theme Settings > Custom CSS > Global:

    .vc_ie-flexbox-fixer {
       display: none!important;
    }

    As for the other two issues, you have JS error in the console which is caused by one of your plugins. Deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme, check the issue, then activate the plugins one by one to detect which one causes the problem.

    Got it. Yep Ari Light Box was the culprit on the other items. Code worked fantastically too.
