    Hello,

    Please make the full backup of your site and check on the free Storefront theme to detect if our theme causes the problem. If you see the same, deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

    Hello,

    Make the full backup of the site and update the parent theme. https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/update-theme-2/

    Switch to the parent theme and check, if you have the problem, check on the Storefront theme and provide the screen, or confirm the permit that I can check on the Storefront.
