Image Galleries forwarding

Hi,
I am having an issue with my image galleries.
When I click on an image and get into the carousel and click on the previous/next arrows, the next picture displays for a moment, then suddenly the screen forwards to the error page of our newsletter enrolment (see screenshots).
This behavior is true for product images in Woocommerce shop and also Images displayed in a woodmart Image Galleries.
Can you please advise why this forwarding is happening?

Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

Hi, thanks, all plugins are disabled now and it is still acting the same way.
You can check this in the staging environment – access see in the private section.
