Image not showing on product page

I am setting up a new site with Basel.

For some reason on Product pages, the images are not showing and neither are the related products (I assume they are not showing because they are not showing images as well)

They are showing on the shop pages and the homepage perfectly, just not the product page.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and check the issue again. We suspect that the reason is in plugins conflict

Thanks for your response. By “plugins not related to the theme” do you mean the ones that I have added on my own (that didn’t come with the theme) or all the plugins?

Yes, exactly. Please deactivate all additional plugins which were not with the theme.
