Image quality low

Hi, I’m trying to save my images but they all show pixelated when I upload them on the site. They look ok before uploading, any idea why?

I just wanted to bring up another issue. I have saved a product but it’s showing up twice on my website, also facebook for woocommerce is not updating. Everytime I update it is asks me to update it again.

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

By default, such problems should not occur and the possible reason is third parties plugins which conflict Woocommece or our theme. That is why deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, if the problem remains, leave the plugins not activated and provide the site admin access to the private area

Hi, I’ve copied the site and deactivated the plugins. Basil theme is conflicting with Woocommerce plugin. I need your help asap as I was going to launch new products and due to this issue I can’t right now although the announcement was made.

See private content again for login.
It also looks like the theme has a conflict with facebook for woocommerce asit keeps telling me I need to update the plugin (the product issue is my main concern )

I am checking the site now I cannot find:

a) all show pixelated when I upload them on the site

b) I have created and saved a testing product and it is not shown twice http://prntscr.com/nz71l6 I have added a price, saved and it is not duplicated.

Our theme is fully compatible with Woocommerce and works smoothly with this plugin. As for the rest plugins we do not guarantee, please activate the plugins one by one, to detect which one causes the problem and contact this plugin support or replace for an equivalent.
