Image Quality

I changed my promo pop up picture and it is very blur now although the image itself was originally very clear. How do i resolve this?

Ooh i didn’t do anything but it somehow fixed itself hahaha but thank you! 🙂

Can I also know whats the recommended image size for the promo pop up picture? I can’t seem to find this information anywhere
