Image Thumbmail doesn’t show under the large image as per Galery Layout

I am currently have 4 Thumbmail images on left handside of the large image in the product page.
I try to have 4 Thumbmail images sitting underneath the large picture. To do so ,on the Theme settings > Single Products > Gallery > Gallery Layout, I change to the second option that have 4 thumbmail image sitting underneath the main picture.

Please assist.

Once fixed it, please help provide procedure so that I can change the thumnial to default left hand side when needed.

Since you have access to the login, Can you please review if you can change the UNDERSCORE (in black line) underneath the header SHOPPING CART, CHECKOUT, and ORDER COMPLETE page.

If we can’t change to white underscore color, second option is the remove the underscore.
Kindly please assist and find attached image for your reference.
