Image thumbnail product page not display

since the last uptade, my product page not showing the image thumbnail.

I try disable the pluggin but the problem still there !

You can you create a clone of the site to test the problem?

when i checked the html code,

thumbnails are not loaded

The problem is that i have client on my website now. The best way it to create a clone no ? because if i put them off now, my website will no longer have any functionality

It’s can’t be the pluggin because the problem come when i update the theme.

Besides I have to upload it because when I click on update directly on the theme I have an error message.

Please help me solved it 🙂

We are almost sure that it happens because of some modifications made to the child theme. That is why we ask you to check with the parent theme first. You can keep plugins active for now.

Activate the theme woodmart (not the child) screen one
Cleanning the cache screen 2
And try to go on a product page and still the problem screen 3

Do you use Elementor PRO to create the single product page? It might be the cause also. Try to recreate it with our theme Single product layout builder and test how it works https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/single-product-page-builder/

You need to create it with our theme Layouts builder and use our theme special element for the product gallery, not the one that comes with Elementor PRO.

I try it but when i try save the template i have the message “erreur 401”. I can’t save it !

There is still some plugin conflict. In this case, you need to create a staging development copy of your website. There, you will be able to do such kind of experiments without any harm to your production website.

It seems to be a plugin conflict. Activate all plugins on your staging environment one by one to see which one causes this problem.

Hello i do it now i activated all the pluggin one by one and and gallery images are displayed so it’s not a plugin conflict.

We didn’t touch anything on your staging website to fix it. We just disabled external plugins and the gallery starts working.

Ok but i buy you theme with this option i need to solved it.

I renewed the support specifically for this. Please find a solution for me. The plugins are all activated on the mirror site and the gallery works so it does not come from there.

The only way to find which plugin is causing this is to disable all plugins on your live website for a moment and then turn them on one by one. Check how the gallery works after each activation.
