Hello Guys! thanks for the great job you make with woodmart.
I have an issue, some pictures from my woocommerce, they disappeared, and I think the problem was when I Updated the theme, could be a problem with some incompatibility with woodmart.
Looks like we never put the photos.. but we have all products with photo.
In an old backup, i found everything ok. Could you help me?

You are Still not using the latest version of the Theme.

Please update the Theme and Recommended plugins to the latest version then check back.

Hello Aizaz! I made it, before create this post, when I saw that can´t fix the issue, I restored an old backup (2 days ago) with out the updates.

Now the site is completely updated, but the issue is still there.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins then clear cache and check back.

If the issue still occurs then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me then we will troubleshoot with theme plugins.

I have investigated the issue on your website. The products of the category are not assigned any image.

I have added the image to one product and it is displaying fine.

I understand you, I saw the same. But if you see the old backup, all the pictures are there… I don´t understand how all the pictures where deleted…. and also was changed in the product page. What´s going on?

This is a strange issue because the Theme could not remove the product images because the products are woocommerce functionality and our theme doesn’t influence.
