Implement menu from demo in to template of the shop

I like the demo https://woodmart.xtemos.com/vegetables/ specially because of the menu which is very well made, but I also like the look of the shop https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/?opt=with_background because of the categories found in the page header and the product page of it.
The question is: How to implement menu showed in the “Vegetables” demo in to shop template https://woodmart.xtemos.com/shop/?opt=with_background
