Import AJAX problem

How are you? I have some issues about importing the demo dummy contenent. It says: Import AJAX problem. Try to disable all external plugins and check the problem with your hosting provider. If it will not help, contact our theme support for help.

I check all the requirement and they are set fine. How can we fix the problem?
