Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
Thank you for contacting us.
We checked your website but there is seems to be some problem with your hosting server. We tried to import even a tiny XML file with one page via default WordPress import in Dashboard -> Tools -> Import -> WordPress but it simply not responds. Try to contact your hosting provider for help in this question.
Regards

inidanoeParticipantHallo, my hosting provider says there is no problem in web hosting.
He says, it seems it the problem is in the source image (the import source). The file can be imported without downloading the file image/attachment, but if “downloading file” option is checked the import will failed.
So, what can i do to fix this problem?
December 7, 2017 at 12:32 pm #27710
Artem TemosKeymasterHi,
But is not related to the server if it can’t handle file downloading? For all other servers, it works well and import process always downloads all the images without any problems. Here is an example of the URL to image that should be able to be downloaded http://dummy.xtemos.com/woodmart/wp-content/uploads/revslider/main-slider/slider-main-demo-1-4.jpg

inidanoeParticipantwhat if all the files needed in your uploads folder are copied via ftp to my sites? Can it possible?
December 7, 2017 at 2:44 pm #27739
Artem TemosKeymasterIn this case, the only one way would be importing all the content without attachments and then upload all images manually one by one.
December 7, 2017 at 5:07 pm #27776
inidanoeParticipantHow to do that? Can you do it for me?
December 7, 2017 at 6:49 pm #27800
Artem TemosKeymasterSorry, but we can’t do this for you. You will need to import all XML files from our
inc/dummy-content
folder one by one that will take too much time to complete. It would be better to change your hosting provider or ask them to fix this issue. -
