Im getting this error Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”” when i try to import addtional pages, contact us, privacy policy, faq.

Howvere, I can see these pages exist under All Pages. How do I link them to my main menu and prefooter menu?

Navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Add main menu element.

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.
