vicenterojoParticipantFirst of all, you have the best theme I’ve ever bought. And I bought many.
When I install a WordPress from scratch everything goes perfect. The Theme works like the engine of a Rolls Royce.
But now I have a problem. I have my website https://tentulogo.com/ with hundreds of posts. I want to redesign it with Woodmart.
So:
I have cloned my website (below in private I put all the accesses).
The clone worked fine. The web looked just like the original.
I installed the theme (and the child). All ok.
I installed all the plugins recommended by you. All ok.
I set up Woocommerce. All ok.
So far everything was a flower garden on a sunny spring day.
I went to Import the demo content. Here the clouds appeared.
I was going for 1% when this message suddenly jumped:
“Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.”
On other occasions all this worked well for me, but now, I tried several times (installing everything again) and nothing. Is it because there is already content?
Could you please help me install the demo content?

Thank you very much for choosing our theme and for warm feedback.
Such often happens due the plugin conflict. Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme, upload the demo, if the problem remain, leave the plugins not activated we shall check. If you cannot keep the site with deactivated plugins, please confrim the permit to deactivate for the period of checking what may take 15 minutes.

I did the following:
– The clone that I had previously created in tentulogo.com/v10 I deleted it completely. I deleted the entire WordPress, everything.
– Clone the main web (tentulogo.com) again… again at the address /v10
– I deleted all plugin caches. I uninstalled all the plugins.
– I deleted the previous Theme and only left the default theme.
– I installed Woodmart and installed the recommended plugins.
– When configuring WooCommerce, JetPack adds you and several other things.
– With everything ready, I went to Import demo. But again the same error. I attached screenshots.
In clone tentulogo.com/v10 you try what you want.

We have pressed “Import” and we do not see any errors now. The demo uploaded, however it took to long and we think it is caused by the server.
