Import Base Data Failed each time. Urgent!

When I install “Import Base Data”, I saw this warning
Import AJAX problem. Please, try import data manually.
Then it finished, but when I refresh the page, The “Import Base Data” button is still active, not allowing me to install a demo version

I have checked your site the import has been uploaded correctly:
You need to create your own menu and assign it as main in Appearance > Menu. I have set temporarily the top bar menu.
If you still have the error please describe the steps to recreate it.
As for changing the nick, please click your nick here, you will get to the profile, click “Edit” and replace the mail with your name or nickname.
