Import problem

after importing the theme with duplicator i’m having issue with the display of the website as attached in the picture, the website is boxed and even when i changed settings to large display the website still stayed in same boxed format.

I have visited both of your websites and there is no such issue you mentioned.

i’m still having the same problem,
after importing the website to this url : mention in prv

the website looks fine till i enter to the admin panel, the website is boxed again, and i can’t get to theme options.

Please deactivate all the third party plugins activate the parent theme then clear cache and check back.

If the problem still continues then leave all the third party plugins deactivated and tell me with the permissions to debug then we will troubleshoot with the theme plugins.

i did it,
and now after re-activating the plugins again, all the website is boxed again, even when not login in to admin dashboard.
the issue is with the theme, since when activating a normal wordpress theme, everything is working fine.
please let me know what you need to fixe this issue.
it’s kind of urgent for me.

the problem is still not solved, the website footer doesn’t appear,
pages are not loaded fully, and when trying opening page to edit with elementor the website go down.
also when activating all the plugins the first probleme will appear again.
try it yourself, and you will notice.
let me know what kind of permissions you need to fixe this probleme.
because it’s not first time i’m facing this when migrating website using this theme. i really hope this issue will be fixed asap.

And it looks like mb_strtolower function is disabled on your server. Contact your hosting provider for help on this matter.

Hi, the issue has been fixed after changing PHP max size input, and exécution time.

but after the import i’m having an issue with home page background which is not white, please check it and see the difference.
