Import translation files into wordpress

Hello,
I am following this documentation https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/theme-translation/ to import a new language for the theme.
However I am stuck at the last step to copy both translation files to the “wp-content/languages/themes” folder. I can’t find a way to add the files to the folder. I tried to drag them into the folder, copy/paste them, but it does not work. There is no button on the page to add files either. Can you please help me on this?
