    Hello,

    1. You need to enable this option in Woocommerce > settings > Shipment > Shipping options.

    2. You need to create the page and set in the Woocommerce > settings > Advanced > Terms and conditions.

    3. You can configure that in the Woocommerce > settings > Payments.
