You can install WP Reset plugin and reset your website completely. Then, install our theme step by step. Don’t forget to install all the required plugins before importing our dummy content.

but than all the products of woocommerce will be erased as well, right?
i cant erase my website completely..

If you had some products on your website then you can’t use our full dummy content import. If you want to import our dummy content you need to create a website from scratch. Then, you will be able to move your products to the new website using WooCommerce export/import functionality.
