Could you please disable all plugins that are not related to our theme and provide us your admin and FTP access so we can check it?

Disabled already. I removed the stripe gateway but still have problem.

I checked already its working, but how about the wpbakery? cannot update

Try to uninstall the plugin and install it from scratch via Appearance -> Install plugins.
