Importing New Preset – Mega Electronics

I have a live site running old electronic theme and I wish to move to “mega electronics” (https://woodmart.xtemos.com/mega-electronics/), is there a way to import the theme or replicate the elements without starting from scratch?

You can install the demo on a staging demo, import-export the home page, and import-export the header: https://xtemos.com/docs-topic/how-to-export-import-headers/
In this case, you will get the home page as per the demo and all the other settings would remain the same. You can also just import the demo, in this case, all the settings would change, the content would remain.
