Improve the performance and speed on mobile

I need to improve the performance and speed of my site on mobile devices, right now the PageSpeed Insights diagnosis tells me that the performance is 71, in accessibility 79, what do I need to improve for these percentages?, I am currently using the Marketplace 2 demo, and I have Wp Rocket and Smush Pro installed.

I already put the IP in the whitelist, below i put the access to the admin panel. However, if you can’t access it, use a VPN with the United States location and you’ll be able to log in without any problems.
