Improving Woodmart Mobile Performance on VPS

I am using the Woodmart theme with WooCommerce on a VPS. The site performs well on desktop, but on mobile the performance score is only around 40% (according to PageSpeed Insights).
I would like advice on the best ways to improve mobile performance, especially regarding:
Optimizing images and videos
Cache and optimization plugins (LiteSpeed Cache or WP Rocket)
Using Redis or Memcached
Any VPS settings that can help speed up mobile loading
