In admin dashboard Menu is not loading

Hi,
I am using theme version 3.3.1 and I have this weird problem, The menu is not loading on the backend, I have shared the details in the private window for the staging site, I have also checked by disabling all plugins and themes, and found out that the issue was with the theme, as when I disabled the theme i could see the Menu Loaded. I have also attached a screenshot of the issue.

we have some customizations done to the theme, those will be overwritten, it will be great if you can point me in the right direction, and help understand the issue and possible solutions.

Install and activate the child theme, and remove all your customization to the child theme, then update the parent theme and your customization would not be lost.
