I saw the screenshot you attached.

Unfortunately, There is no option in theme settings that you can add the module on the search bar on the main row of the header.

You can either add it besides the element. Sorry you cannot add text on the search module in the main header.

It requires customization and this is beyond our limitations and support policy.
