in list view at shop page no + – option is not coming

two problem
1) in shop page when we go with list view there is no + – qty add to cart option is coming

2)in mobile view list view on shop page is not coming properly it showing 1 product with very big image
i attached screen shot and there no option is coming to change view list to grid as in desktop is coming and same + – option is also not coming

please help

I saw the screenshots you attached.

1& 2) These are not issues, these are the default behaviour that the quantity input is not available for list view and the mobile view of the product list is the same as you mentioned.

And there is no option in Theme Settings available to change that.
