The problem is only on smartphone, Urgent I have many clients who use mobile.

Yes, this widget is not designed for mobile devices. These dropdowns will not be shown. We will consider improving this mega menu widget in our future updates. But we usually recommend using our mobile navigation function for all your website navigations on smartphones.
