inc VAT

Hi I have our ecom site set to show prices inc VAT and shipping. Every so often it switches back to exc VAT and i have to change it again.
Can you advise what is going on and why this happens?
is this due to updates etc?

Yes, it might possible that you update the WooCommerce plugin and with the update the default settings applied.

Or may be some of your third party plugin conflicts with default WooCommerce functionality.
