MikeParticipantwatch the video and tell me
July 15, 2024 at 2:20 pm #583396
MikeParticipantI notice when you put the code you say that the scrolling doesn’t work properly, it’s like you activate ajax endlessly and it doesn’t remember the browser you were on when you go back the page.
.wd-load-more:not(:hover) {
display: none !important;
}July 15, 2024 at 3:49 pm #583437
MikeParticipantdid you see it; put it as before?

July 15, 2024 at 4:04 pm #583446
MikeParticipantdo you see it now?
July 15, 2024 at 4:34 pm #583462
Aizaz Imtiaz AwanKeymasterHello,
The lead developer said that there is no issue at all with the custom CSS code you have given. The back issue is only because of any 3rd party plugin on the site. The custom CSS code it is not related to “back button” at all.
The pagination is triggered one by one without any action. The lead developer said that you need to disable all the 3rd party plugins, child theme and temporarily remove all the custom CSS/JS from theme settings then check back the back button issue, I am sure your issue will be solved.
Best Regards.
July 15, 2024 at 4:53 pm #583472
MikeParticipantand all plugins that are disabled do the same again.
July 16, 2024 at 9:48 am #583590
Artem TemosKeymasterOK, please let us know when you will be ready. We need to test it without plugins, child theme and custom codes you added to customize your website.

MikeParticipantHello,
Can you show the link below to your developer if it can be done? if your theme supports it;July 16, 2024 at 1:51 pm #583676
MikeParticipantThat’s what we’re trying to do.
July 16, 2024 at 3:02 pm #583696
Artem TemosKeymasterNo, it works a bit differently with our theme. Unfortunately, It is impossible to make it work as per your example.
July 16, 2024 at 3:08 pm #583702
MikeParticipantnor with a third party plugin?
July 16, 2024 at 7:03 pm #583750
MikeParticipanttell me which js file you put the infinite scrolling in so I can see if I can configure it. The fact that it cannot go up is a problem and it changes pages because it is not actually an infinite scroll.Would you fix it in an update?
July 17, 2024 at 9:37 am #583846
Artem TemosKeymasterIf you don’t want to change the page when you scroll the page down you can disable “Keep the page number in the URL” option in Theme Settings -> Product archive -> Products grid.
July 17, 2024 at 11:46 am #583907
MikeParticipantwith the deactivation you say it works the same, it just doesn’t change the url. the problem is that the scroll has to go up and down. What you need to do is you need to reset the save location of the session. when in the product you do it backwards you want to have the infinite scroll and upwards. I think you understand what I’m saying. but how will it happen? with thirpart plugin activated; with a change in the code in the product load more?
July 17, 2024 at 12:26 pm #583937
Artem TemosKeymasterYes, we understand what you mean, but as we mentioned, our theme doesn’t work this way. We don’t have a custom code to change this behavior.
