I was just informed we updated some woocommerece template files.
I believe this has happen after updating woocommerece template pages.
A couple of days back our website backend had a notification saying that some of the woocommerece files in the template folder, were outdated.
So we updated them.
I’m guessing this is related to that. please help me fix this issue.
But you still have all the external plugins activated. Please, disable so we can check what is wrong. And you also need to update the theme to the latest version available on ThemeForest – 3.9.1

one question.. when i visit my website from my mobile forthe first time .. a difcerent theme shows up.
if i scroll to the bottom of the page and clik on view full site then i see the basel template. bow do i fix this issue.

It seems to be some issue related to your device cache or some plugins installed. It can’t be caused by our theme.
