Before you do it, let me help you with the theme:

1. Logo is changed in the Header builder:

Please navigate to Woodmart > Header builder http://prntscr.com/iyd2pe

Choose the proper header type (your current) http://prntscr.com/iyd333

Enter the logo element (hover to edit) and change as per your needs: http://prntscr.com/iyd3h3

Take into consideration that there is also the mobile view of your header http://prntscr.com/iyd3v3 check all the elements there.

As for the theme settings: you can view all the demos and upload any of them, it would be much easier to configure your site basing on the existing settings and templates, if you need help in the demo uploading let me know I will help, the detailed instruction on how to upload logo is here:

WPBakery Page Builder and Revolution slider come bundled with our theme but they can’t be activated with our purchase code. Actually, you don’t need to do this. Only in case you want to get free premium support from its author, you can purchase it from Codecanyon. But it is not necessary since we will always provide you with the latest updates in Appearance > Install plugins.

If you have any problems (these problems are often caused by the host security or size max size limitations) you can upload the recent version of the plugins from this forum profile and install via Dashboard > Plugins or FTP.

Can you verify the whole issue, and the moment a product stands out the title comes out hot? how is it modified to featured? and when choosing a template everything is blocked.

You have 33 plugins. Please deactivate them all excepting the theme related and check the issue.
