Information box open link in new tab not working

Hello.
My problem is that I have created a partner block to my website. And Im showing my partners in info boxes. And I want that if people click at my partner logo it should open in a new tab. I already did the setting for it at the button url, but its not working. What can I do? Is there any other way to do this?

Please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

if the problem remains, even after the plugins deactivated leave the plugins to deactivated for us to check and provide your site admin access to the private area.

So now its should working fine if I disable all of the plugins?

(for me its should not work for right click, it should work if the user click on the box)
