Can you help with setting the input line-height? Right now they have a long distance from each other.
How to unite them so that the inputs have a small distance?

You created the form and the label are not wrapped, as the result, br generate the gaps which are not possible to remove with custom CSS: https://prnt.sc/RuilRbZSPe_e

You need to wrap the labelwith p tag.
