Hi,

i have the following inquiries, i will attach screenshots for every point.

5) Header product page: Where can i change this header?

6) Mobile Menu Categories: Where can i edit this ?

7) Promo Banner: A strange thing happens here that button isn’t showned but on Desktop it is being showned. Similar things happened to me in other elements but luckily i could resolved them.

5. Most likely, you have set another header for the single page via Theme Settings -> Single product -> Custom single product header.

6. The mobile categories you can change via WoodMart -> Header builder -> Mobile -> Mobile menu -> set another menu in the appropriate field.

7. The thing is that on the mobile, the Promo banner has such style when on the mobile the button hides.

5. Seems that you are using the old version of the theme so the options can have a little bit different names, but in your case, it’s a “Single product header”.

7. The below custom CSS will help you to show these buttons, paste it into the “Custom CSS for mobile” area in Theme Settings -> Custom CSS.

5. Thanks, but first i’ve tried with old theme version and didn’t work so then i updated theme and also didn’t work. (i’ll attach you a screenshot and i’ll share you admin access below just in case)

Hi, i’ve checked with my hosting and they suggest me to install lite speed plugin, so then i click on “purge all cache” but nothing happened.

Please navigate to the settings of the product -> Layout -> clear the “Custom header for this product” option.
