insecure file

I am having issues with getting my site secure to reflect the green pad lock for the SSL Certificate. I ran a test on whynopadlock.com and it gave the following response as an error. (Please see the private content. I contacted my hosting provider and they stated there was nothing they could do because it involves script. Pleae help.

You need to edit your home page with WPBakery Page builder and find the row with products https://gyazo.com/b057d58be8d75777d02e1652ba619fff
Edit it and change the background image to be loaded via HTTPs.

Please see the attached file for a screenshot. I went into WPBakery Page Builder and went to the row of products you had in the screenshot and clicked edit. It appears the background image is just a white background. How exactly am I supposed to edit it to be loaded via HTTPS?

You just need to remove it completely and upload your own image from your website that will be loaded via HTTPS

It appears to have worked.
