Insert Content Above or Below the Bread Crumbs

Is there a way I can insert a “HTML Block” either above or below the breadcrumb area as pointed out in the attached image?

Actually, you can insert it in the shop page, however it is not good idea as the shop page is the functional page and you would better not to insert anything in it.

I would recommend to save it as the template and insert in the shopping page, here is the video tutorial how to do it https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/html-blocks-2/#posts_products_page
