Instagram has changed the integration process now the only API is available, please read and follow the instruction on how to configure that: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/

The error means something wrong on the Facebook side, please check the settings.

My colleague followed your documentation. We are doing the same in all sites. Only in this website is not possible to fix it. We also are using API Instagram as you said in the previous post.
