INSTAGRAM FEED NOT UPDATING

Hi,

My instagram widget isn’t updating. I’ve deleted the old pictures I uploaded to instagram but
Woodmart instagram widget is still showing the old pictures for over an hour now and not updating with the latest pictures.

It’s loading now. If you could please clarify:

1. how long it takes for insta feeds to be updated, that would be helpful.
2. Is there a way to set the quality of the instagram photos received?

The Instagram images are cached for a few hours.
