There is a couple of workarounds:
1. You can create a custom sidebar, insert the Instagram widget and show Instagram in the custom sidebar. You can get more details about sidebar and widgets here: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/widgets/
Make sure Instagram has integrated properly: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/
You can choose the custom sidebar for the blog page in the page options: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/options-for-pages/
Another way is to create a custom page for the blog and add two elements: Blog element and Instagram element: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/shortcodes-2/
