INSTAGRAM TAG IN PAGE PRODUCT NOT FINDING THE PHOTOS

Hello,
I have added an instagram tag to one of my page product, and it doesn’t find the tag pictures, I have tried with other tags and still it is not working. There is just a grey plain image. All the tags have photos in it on instagram so it doesn’t come from the tags.
Can you help me please?

Instagram has changed the integration process now the only API is available, please read and follow the instruction on how to configure that: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/

This showing by tag does not work.
