Instagram widget no longer appearing

Hello. The Instagram gallery on our site doesn’t seem to be showing the graphics anymore. Its at the bottom of our homepage.

Recently Instagram has blocked the integration by AJAX, now API connection is possible. Your site now is connected by AJAX https://prnt.sc/10ljjpe

Please make the full backup of your site and update the theme.
If the problem persists,please deactivate all the plugins not related to the theme and switch the parent theme, check the issue, If the problem has gone, activate the plugins one by one, checking the issue to detect which one causes the problem.

Hi. I did this and it’s still not working. Updated the theme, connected Instagram and everything but the instagram feed still isn’t showing.

Hi, I connected the instagram page and I don’t see an option anyhwhere to add the hashtag. This is all I see:

There should not be the option to insert the hashtag,
When you press this button, Instagram is connected https://prnt.sc/10tqgvm
Then you add an Instagram element from the WP bakery page builder chart and insert your account.
