Instagram Widget Not Working

Hi,

I have entered the instagram user in the settings, as well as integrated the API as suggested in the guide (connected Insta and FB as well). However the sidebar widget of Instagram isn’t showing up anything and is coming blank. Can you pls help.

Instagram has changed the integration process now the only API is available, please read and follow the instruction on how to configure that: https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/faq-guides/setup-instagram-api/

There is some issue. I followed the same process and had connected it. Under API integrations it shows the insta handle however when I click on Connect, the same loop repeats and it does not actually connect (essentially brings me back to the same page showing the same two options for Connect and Disconnect).

Please, provide your site admin access to the private area.

Make the full backup of your site and confirm the permit for us to deactivate the plugins not related to the theme and switch to the parent theme for the while of checking what may take up to 15 minutes.
