Install Plugins and Basel Post Type

Hello.
I have this message in my admin:
“You just installed the latest version of the Basel theme. To finish the installation and enable all theme’s function or if you see any problems with your WPBakery elements displayed as shortcodes you need to install the latest version of the Basel Post Type plugin too. Go to Appearance -> Install plugins and click on “Install” or “Update” button.”

When I click in the Install plugins link the site shows the message:
“Sorry, you are not allowed to access this page.”

Can this be maybe because we have all the basel plugins up to date?

What is the “Basel Post Type” plugin? What’s for?

Yes, as soon as you have installed and activated all the plugins and have no plugins to update you may get this message staying in the page Install plugins. Everything is fine now.
