I need your help.
I just bought the theme: Basel and downloaded all files.
I cannot install theme parent zip folder from Appearance > Theme> Add new.
WP shows an error message: Are you sure you want to do this? and unable to upload the folder.
I tried with the other theme that I purchased before from Themeforest and the one was successfully installed. I also tried to install only Basel child theme zip and it was also installed successfully. Only I have an issue with parent theme zip.
I tried to release all cache and deactivated all plugins. But still, I cannot install Basel parent zip folder.
If this issue is your out of scope, please advise so. (I may need to ask Themeforest?)
