I am trying to install the theme on my website, i uploaded the theme and activated it. I am trying to install one of the demo templates but it gets stuck at 90%, please help as i am running a live site.
I have managed to import one of the pre built templates but now I am not seeing the correct header and it says homepage blog. Also it is not showing the correct footer, it is showing the footer from a previous theme I had bit deleted.
Please insert the site admin access into the Private content below the message area. We will take a closer look at the case.
Please, confirm the permission for plugin deactivation, and switching to the parent theme. As soon as we complete the testing we will enable all back, however, the site would be without plugins for 15-20 min. You would better make the full backup of your site.
