Sure, you can install the WoodMart and do not upload demos, you can find and upload certain templates and elements from the Template library https://xtemos.com/docs/woodmart/templates-library/

You will have to install all the required plugins in Appearance > Install plugins.

Can I install only one demo site without include dummy data, and all pages neither?.
