Installation failed due to a missing Stylesheet style.css.

Hi, I have speed issues with WOODMART. To figure out the issue I purchased BASEL – a theme which is also – like woodmart outstanding! But during installation I got the error text, that there is a stylesheet style.css missing.
Maybe also a reason why my woodmart is said to be the reason for 15 sec loading before the page is opening.
Can you please support to fix this??? Maybe a complete reinstallation of WOODMART?
Please solve if possible both Woodmart and Basel!

Most likely your file was damaged or was not complete during the installation. Please try to reinstall, if you cannot solve the issue, provide your site admin I will help to install.
