Installation failed due to a missing Stylesheet style.css.

Hi, I have speed issues with WOODMART. To figure out the issue I purchased BASEL – a theme which is also – like woodmart outstanding! But during installation I got the error text, that there is a stylesheet style.css missing.
Maybe also a reason why my woodmart is said to be the reason for 15 sec loading before the page is opening.
Can you please support to fix this??? Maybe a complete reinstallation of WOODMART?
Please solve if possible both Woodmart and Basel!
