Installing demo without WooCommerce

Hello, how can I install the Real Estate template without installing the WooCommerce plugin?

It’s with WoodMart installation.

You can use the theme without Woocommerce, and at the same time you can upload the demo without Woocommerce, you can select and delete the demo content.

When I log into the admin panel go to
> XTS Dashboard
> Prebuilt websites
> Left menu “Corporate”
> The “Import” button of Real Estate template is grey marked.

The following plugins are installed:
> Elementor
> Safe SVG
> Slider Revolution
> Woodmart Core
> All have the newest patches also.

How can I install this template and demo without installing WooCommerce plugin?
