Integrating WoooCommerce notification for WhatsAPP and SMS gateway

How to integrate WooCommerce notification for WhatsAPP and SMS gateway. Do you have any codes or plugins with this theme? If not please suggest any code or plugin to integate the same. I want customers and admin to be notified when order is placed, dispatched, canceled, refund etc.,(Transational Status).

Please advise.

Log in to your WordPress dashboard and navigate to the WooCommerce > Settings page. Click on the Emails tab and manage the email notification
